Refunds/Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with the quality of your order, please contact us within 7 days so we can provide either a full refund or a replacement. Because boiled peanuts are a perishable product, we are unable to accept returns.
Once orders leave our facility, we are not responsible for damage caused by shipping delays or mishandling. If your package arrives damaged during transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to address the issue.
If you are expecting a refund but have not yet received it, please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed. If more than 10 days have passed and your refund has still not been posted, please reach out to us at coastalgoobers@gmail.com and we will be happy to assist you.
